These terms cover your purchase and use of The Long Resignation: Build the Business Before You Leave the Job, sold by Media Publishers Group ("we", "us"). By buying it you agree to them.
What you're buying
A personal licence to read and use the ebook (PDF) and its companion spreadsheet (Excel), delivered as downloads immediately after payment.
What the licence allows
- Read the book on any of your own devices, and print copies for your own use.
- Fill in the tools and the spreadsheet for your own channels, as often as you like.
What it doesn't allow
- Sharing, reselling, publishing or redistributing the book, the tools or the spreadsheet, in whole or in part.
- Passing your download links or files to anyone else.
- Repackaging the book, or any substantial part of it, as your own product or course.
What we don't promise
The book is general information about building YouTube channels. It isn't financial, tax, legal or career advice, and it doesn't promise views, subscribers, monetisation or income. Results depend on your subject, your effort, how you carry out the work, and decisions made by platforms we don't control. Figures in the book come from specific channels at specific times. They show how the method works, not what you will earn. Talk to a qualified adviser before deciding whether or when to leave your job.
Things you'll need separately
The book mentions third-party tools and services. Those are bought from their own providers under their own terms, at your own cost. We're not responsible for their pricing, availability or behaviour.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here when you bought governs your purchase, unless a later version is more favourable to you.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Media Publishers Group is established, and you may also have rights under the law where you live. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
