Refunds

The Long Resignation is a digital product. The moment you buy it, you get the download, the whole thing, immediately. Because of that, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds. Once the files are delivered, they can't be returned.

If something is wrong, that's different

If any of the following happens, email hello@thelongresignation.com and we will fix it or refund you:

• Your download link doesn't work, or the files are corrupt or incomplete.
• You were charged twice, or charged the wrong amount.
• The book is materially not what this website said it was.

Your legal rights

Nothing here removes your rights under applicable consumer law where you live. Those guarantees can't be contracted out of, and we're not trying to. If the product is faulty or significantly different from what we described, you're entitled to a remedy regardless of what this page says.

Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. Nearly everything is solved faster in one email than in a month of bank paperwork.
